My background:

 Wine: in the past eight years I have sold premium wines to people  from all over the world, hiked miles and miles of vineyards scouting for the best fruit, crushed and processed grapes for twelve straight hours, and performed countless analysis on the science of wine and its' flavors.

Tea: Connoisseur of tea to the point some would argue I'm made of it... which technically I am made of water;).

Coffee: Lover---Is there anything better than the first few sips of coffee in the morning. To set your senses into the promise of a good day. 

​

Why care about these three drinks? Well they are not just drinks they are industries. Industries that exist because somebody somewhere likes the flavor. Each plant takes about 3-5 years to be fully grown. Wine is harvested once a year, tea multiple, and coffee continuously, Plus all are crafted by stewards who care about developing flavor to its full potential.

I am here to understand flavor. It is a discovery of self-preferences and natures terroir. Read along and learn the journey of scent and taste and how it was shaped by mother earth and crafted by human. What is life without adventure and delight, morning, noon, and night?
